Awaken & Align – A Morning Ritual for Your Heart & Soul
Struggling to stick to a morning routine? I’ve got you. Join me at 6 AM (German time), three times a week, for a gentle sometimes powerful 45-minute practice of meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. We’ll begin within, setting an intention, anchoring into the heart, and flowing into the day with clarity, peace, and purpose.

No excuses. No snooze button. Just you, your mat, and a commitment to yourself. Pyjamas are welcome, too! Just roll out of your bed, and crawl on top of your mat. I am here to guide you. A safe space.
I know the struggle of wanting to establish a morning routine—and I also know the miracles it creates once you do. This practice has transformed my life. Waking up and turning inward first has shifted everything—my energy, my focus, my joy. And I want the same for you. You don’t need to do this alone, I am offering my guidance in this. Sharing with you my tools, that helped me creating a life of magic, where the impossible is possible.
We will meet Mondays, Wednesday and Friday at 6AM. The other two days? That’s where you make it yours—integrating the practice into your life independently.
A morning routine isn’t just about discipline—it’s about devotion to yourself. It calms the mind, nourishes the body, and aligns you with what truly matters. When you start your day this way, the rest of your day flows differently—with more ease, presence, and possibility.

You’re welcome to drop in for a single session (suggested €10), but true transformation comes with consistency. A morning routine isn’t built in a day—it’s built through showing up, again and again.
That’s why I encourage you to commit to the full month (suggested €49 for 12 sessions). When you give yourself this time, you’ll feel the shift—more energy, more clarity, more ease throughout your day.

- A candle to create a sacred space

- Access to Discord (a free platform) where we’ll connect
- Pajamas welcome! Keep your camera close if you want, this is your safe space to just show up as you are
