    If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your payment when cancelation was made until 90 days before the start of the retreat (minus any PayPal, Square Up or credit card transaction fees), a refund of your payment minus deposit if the cancelation was made until 60 days before the start of the retreat. Within less than 30 days before the retreat starts no refund is possible, only if the space can be filled by someone else. No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the retreat.*

    Participant acknowledges that the practice of yoga involves physical movements and stretches that can push the Participant to his or her physical limits of prior training, flexibility, strength and endurance, that Participant should never push beyond his or her personal level of comfort when practicing yoga, that exceeding personal limitations may result in personal injury, that Participant assumes the risk of personal injury resulting from yoga practice and all other activities during the Retreat, and that Participant waives and releases all claims and covenants not to sue Anetta Hartono for personal injuries arising out of or resulting from yoga practice or other activities during the Retreat.*

    Travel Insurance: You are responsible for travel insurance. Any cancellation due to your health, work, personal or family circumstances must be refunded through your travel insurance policy. We cannot issue refunds unless we find someone to fill your spot, and it is requested that you protect your retreat investment with a trip insurance policy. NOTE: Many trip insurance policies require purchase within 14-21 days of your first deposit towards the trip.*
