Why Yoga retreats mean so much to me?
The first time I attended a yoga retreat personally was a pivot point in my life. A point of no return. It was something about being in nature, surrounded by like-minded and same-hearted people, the delicious and healthy food and the holistic Yoga program that changed me. In one week I learned more about Yoga, breathing and the philosophy than in one year. I could improve my own Yoga practice in the long term, I experienced hands-on-adjusments for the first time and gained awareness of the importance of breathing. But also something inside me changed that I have no words for. I experienced a fully new level of fulfillment, peace and independence of all things I have thought I would need in order to be happy. I had this feeling of excitement and unreasonable anticipation for universe’s plan for life, just knowing that some amazing (!) things are waiting to happen in my life – not knowing at all what those would be. It was the first time in my time feeling this and a very important milestone in my journey of waking up. A prophecy coming true.
Experiencing myself the power of a Yoga retreat it is my big heart project to enable this experience to every curious soul out there seeking to come home to their Devine being, connecting with like-hearted people and the power of nature and stillness.
