TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions laid down below, apply to any person or guest that has a commercial relation with Pantiara Yoga.
Bookings and Confirmed Bookings
Reservations can be done via email or by telephone. Non-confirmed or unanswered inquiries are not guaranteed reservations and are subject to availability. Guaranteed reservations require an email confirmation with confirmed reservation details received from Pantiara Yoga or Bab Zouina. No contract will exist between you and Pantiara Yoga or Bab Zouina until we receive the deposit of the required services from you.
The balance must be paid before the start of the retreat, prior to the given date.
Agreement and Registration Forms must be signed and returned before the retreat start date.
The price is the exact amount to be received by us, irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third party transfer charges. If you choose to pay by electronic transfer, please instruct your bank to charge all costs to you in order to avoid a shortfall in the amount that we receive.
We will email you our banking account details on request.
Any personal information that you provide us with will be used only for the service you requested.
Cancellation by you
We had a change in our cancellation policy.
VALID FOR RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 25.10.2023:
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your payment when cancelation was made until 90 days before the start of the retreat (minus any PayPal, Square Up or credit card transaction fees), a refund of your payment minus deposit if the cancelation was made until 60 days before the start of the retreat. Within less than 30 days before the retreat starts no refund is possible, only if the space can be filled by someone else. No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the retreat.
Unfortunately, there are NO refunds available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions, medical, personal, family, work emergencies, change of mind.
Once the retreat has begun, NO refund or part refund or unused portion of the retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you. Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim.
Refunds and returned payments are normally settled within 10 working days of the date of cancellation.
VALID FOR RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS MADEFROM 25.10.2023 ON:
Registrations are confirmed when payment of the deposit has been received. In case of cancellation by the participant, the deposit will not be reimbursed. The following conditions apply:
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: 70% of the registration fee is due.
- Less than 7 days before the retreat: 100% of the registration fee is due.
Bab Zouina will provide a voucher equal to the amount retained. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel cancellation insurance.
Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat and is highly recommended for ultimate protection. You are responsible for travel insurance. Any cancellation due to your health, work, personal or family circumstances must be refunded through your travel insurance policy. We cannot issue refunds unless we find someone to fill your spot, and it is requested that you protect your retreat investment with a trip insurance policy. NOTE: Many trip insurance policies require purchase within 14-21 days of your first deposit towards the trip.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a FULL refund of all money paid within 20 working days. In particular our retreats require a minimum number of people to have booked by 30 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund the money to you.
In the event of cancellation due to any exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, terrorist activity, civil/political unrest, global pandemic or travel restrictions, FULL amount or deposit will be reimbursed.
Flights and/or additional accommodation costs and/or general travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed if we cancel the retreat.
The additional purchase of Travel Insurance is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection and to prevent financial loss.
Please be sure to advise us of any health conditions before you book. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must stop immediately and consult us. If you do not advise us of your health conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Participant acknowledges that the practice of yoga involves physical movements and stretches that can push the Participant to his or her physical limits of prior training, flexibility, strength and endurance, that Participant should never push beyond his or her personal level of comfort when practicing yoga, that exceeding personal limitations may result in personal injury, that Participant assumes the risk of personal injury resulting from yoga practice and all other activities during the Retreat, and that Participant waives and releases all claims and covenants not to sue Anetta Hartono for personal injuries arising out of or resulting from yoga practice or other activities during the Retreat.*
Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g yoga teacher, class times or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time.
Our liability to you
We do NOT accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
We are NOT liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes and other activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are NOT liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
If you have any problems during your retreat, please inform Anetta Hartono or any staff member from Bab Zouina immediately and he/she will endeavor to find a solution if possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the gender ratio of guests in any group, and we cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of any group member or other guest.
Note : We strongly advise you to check your local embassy and/or your destination’s official government websites for the travel restrictions in the area you plan to visit prior to booking. We also advise you to check the rules for re-entering your country. As the situation continues to evolve around the world, countries have started imposing restrictions on their own nationals returning from abroad.
We are not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid (any strain) before, during, or after the retreat.
